Heart of Healing: You don’t have to be perfect to be whole.

Messages from The Heart of Healing

My dear sweet girl, I see how hard you’re trying.

Trying to be good.

Trying to be strong.

Trying to hold it all together with a smile, even when your heart feels heavy.

I know that weight—you come by it honestly

So many of us were taught that love is earned, that worth has conditions, that rest must be justified. But I want to tell you something from my heart about healing that I wish someone had said to me, clearly and early: You don’t have to be perfect to be whole.

Wholeness isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you remember.

You were born whole.

Before the world gave you rules and roles.

Before anyone told you who you needed to be.

Before you started measuring your value by your grades, your looks, your achievements, your ability to please.

Underneath all of that—you are still there.

And that You is enough.

The cracks you feel inside?

They’re not signs that you’re broken.

They’re places where light gets in. Where compassion grows. Where healing begins.

Don’t wait until you feel “ready” to be gentle with yourself.

Be gentle now.

Especially now.

You don’t need to prove your worth to anyone—not even to yourself.

Take the pressure off, baby girl.

Chalk writing on the ground " You Got This"

Let yourself breathe. Let yourself cry.

Let yourself rest.

Let yourself laugh, too, even if you’re still in the middle of the mess.

This life will always come with storms—but you carry a stillness that can’t be shaken. And that stillness?

That’s your wholeness. It never left you. I see it in you every time you show up with your heart open.

You’re already enough.

Just as you are.

Promise me please, you will never forget that.

Love always, MG 💕
